MoonLifter is an electric balancer built around Unipulse's servo motor technology. Its chain is available in copper or electroless nickel plating, rated for a 2-tonne breaking load, and can be fitted with a standard eye hook or a custom lifting attachment for your application. In the United States, MoonLifter is offered with a maximum lifting capacity of 480 kg.
Easy to Plug In
All you need is a standard AC100V or AC200V power supply — no pneumatic supply or piping required.
Safety Functions
Configurable upper and lower limits, speed adjustments, automatic speed reduction near preset positions, and an emergency braking function that holds the chain in place during a power loss or emergency stop.
Precision
Balance control by continuously measuring chain tension and speed, supporting precise positioning regardless of the workpiece weight.
Operability
Continuous measurement of shaft torque and motor speed lets the workpiece move with a light push, regardless of weight. The built-in inertia canceller supports safer handling of very heavy loads and allows two-handed operation.
